I would recommend that the instructors arrive early to the area to familiarize themselves with local abilities, protocols, and resources.

I would be encouraged to see more connected training between all first responding agencies to incidents such as these.

The instructor cadre was extremley knowledgeable and provided a great learning environment. This has been the best course that I have taken over my 19 years in leadership from TEEX or FEMA. Look forward to bringing this back to the Op Area as soon as possible.
