I would recommend that the instructors arrive early to the area to familiarize themselves with local abilities, protocols, and resources.

I would be encouraged to see more connected training between all first responding agencies to incidents such as these.

The practical exercises due to seeing how each part we were lectured on works together. Especially seeing it built piece by piece with adding different complexities.

I truly felt the course time and what was taught and exercised was used accordingly. No complaints.

My only suggestion is for a final culminating event to be a bit longer and more involved. Maybe a true hands on portion of the scenario.

The practical exercises of the various command positions. those positions are often overlooked in standard training and after action reports. so to get this practice and knowledge prior to an event happening is usful.

Ambulance roles. i understand it assists with the pratical exercies but could almost be automated.

If there is a posibility of multiple roles being assigned. for example i'm a LAw enforecement officer with emt certifications. however for this courses i signed up only as emt so i missed all the law enforcement opportunities.

More opportunities for this course. i can picture alot of our agency having the need for this course but it is limited.

Having a simulation to put teachings into practice is incredibly useful. Having a high fidelity simulation that allows for full participation.
