Get rid of the video games and execute the tactics and responses with actors, simunition and props. It will cost thousands less and greatly enhance learning.

I think this course should be targeted for Sergeant and above rank, as I don't believe it's very practical for the line level officer. Also, the flyer for this course, ESPECIALLY, the pictures, made it seem like it was going to be force on force. It was very deceiving that it would all be done via a computer game.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This course, but with force on force simunition, in a large scale environment.

The course materials and lecture would have been the most valuable. Normally, I would the exercises but this exercise was extremely field focused and Emergency Management was barely incorporated. This is a failure of the system particularly when for many smaller organizations due to resource constraints an EOC activation would be more beneficial to relieve pressure from the field.
