During the course the most valuable part to me was when the instructors set up the display on the board and to have recruits practice hands on.

There was not a least valuable part of the course, but I would say that it went a little too fast if it were slowed down I could have processed it better.

Maybe just slow down the hands-on scenario to grasp it a little better.

Being alert at all times and conducting it by the steps provided is the best way to accomplish this training.
