During summer months when schools are closed, organize training per agency at their school or business that most likely would be impacted and provide the possible scenarios they may encounter.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe every office needs to be trained further in tactics and medical aid. Have the county distribute mass casualty bags or at least a list of materials each agency should purchase and have staged.
