Practicing the principles of ASIM.

Everyone trying to take over instead of focus on their roles.

I think doing this exercise with actual radio traffic would help demonstrate to people how important it is to stay on task and follow more concise radio traffic. This might help reduce that urge to take control of the entire scene. Granted, this is different than what we usually do but it’s so important to get it right, as the Sgt said.
