The practical exercise along with the on hand teaching made the most impact to me. It was good to talk about it and actually see it played out and real time.

Although it may be repetitive, I think it would be best if I could’ve played every role to get a better understanding of what.

I think it would be beneficial for more time given to the preschool exercise of this program.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I believe that having micro trainings reference different roles, and the ASM would be beneficial.
