The practical table top exercise for tactile learners is a great way to do and observe at the same time. It helps to establish a visual of what is occurring rather than just theory discussion.

A course for strictly line officers and first line supervisors would be helpful for those who need to look at the system from the perspective of leadership as well as for succession planning in time.
