Defining all of the words and phrases. As a partner agency in the county it’s imperative to understand what phrases and designations are being used on a critical incident. This course does a good job of establishing a standard.

I feel like the first scenario was chaotic however it helped build the building blocks to make the process more smooth in practical exercise 2 and 3.

Large scale exercise with actual resources and victims. Apply what’s learned before it’s needed in real time.
