Instructors would tell participants to talk to role players while another instructor was addressing the class on a point. This was frustrating at times.

When a participant asks a question, the instructor should paraphrase the question to the group before answering it, especially during the role playing.

More of this is needed with neighboring agencies.

The practical exercises where everyone was dispatched individually and not a group huddled together around the table tops.

The first tabletop was very chaotic and seemed to lack control by the instructors. There were multiple instructors trying to give information all at once and it jumbled the exercise and created a lot of confusion for the students. This issue was rectified for the remaining exercises.

I would like a longer basic class with more tabletop exercises.
