The working group table was a great practical exercise to get participants in the mindset of a real life scenario. Just like anything else in the Law Enforcement profession, we don't get enough training in this area.

I would like to include the force on force training with Simunition training. Give the scenario, have the commands at the table and actual officers running the scenario in a building or training location with radios to incorporate all aspects of an active shooter response.
