As a police dispatcher, it helped me understand the LE role that my officers take during an AST.

EMS and Fire, I don't dispatch for them, my main priority is the safety of the LEOs.

It would be nice if there was more of a discussion on the role of a dispatcher during these threats.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to learn more about Fire and EMS to better understand their roles and responsibilities.
