The set up and establishing command up to and including the unified command. This was most important, because as a dispatcher, it is good to know who is in command and where things are going to be located based on that command.

I feel as it was all important gives a break down as to what is going on minute by minute and for a dispatcher, it is all critical.

From a dispatcher point of view it is nice to see all the areas that our offciers will have to go through since we are not there and we can have more of an idea what is going on for them as the incident is occurring.
