The PowerPoint had great points and statistics.

The practical application was so disjointed that I did not feel I practiced anything. I stood and watched fire, EMS, and police, which was great to see, but if I was thrown into the situation, I would have to follow instead of lead unless given specific instructions to lead a certain area.

I would find a more scaled-down version to apply this so that everyone was working on this practically.
