Seeing what my officers may have to deal with was mst valuable. and being able to assist with that need.

The length. i'll be honest, i didn't feel it was dispatch heavy. we got the incident started. I didn't see a huge need for us after that.

I feel one or two days at most is enough for dispatch.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Heavy on the dispatcher end. I am only pd. It's good to see hw it all works but I'd be more interested in the dispatch end.

Appreciated the knowledge provided by each instructor. Debriefs from each unit, including dispatch, was also interesting and appreciated.

Getting more dispatch oriented content would be awesome, but any training that dispatch could be involved in would be welcomed.
