None, really. I found it all interesting and educational.

It's self-serving of me to say, but I'd encourage more guidance on the PIO front. In this day and age, how we communicate crises to the public (via the news media) can make or break ongoing relationships with stakeholders long after the crisis has ended.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Inter-agency communications - particular with other administrators with other public safety agencies in my region.
