No one really communicated with dispatch that much. In reality dispatch is the backbone of everything. Officers are always asking questions and need assistance in what to do next. This was not the case for the past 3 days.

The scenarios were more LEO and Fire/EMS focused and dispatch felt to only be needed in the very beginning of each scenario.

The interactive ability to do things that officers and fire/ems were able to participate in.

Least valuable was just watching and not doing.

For dispatch, it would be more engaging should we have the opportunity to be more outside, realistically we wouldnt just "hear" the information like we did in this example, and we would be overloaded with calls + other calls while this incident would occur.
