Least valuable was some of the tactical info since i am a dispatcher, but it did help in understanding what goes on behind the scenes that I wasnt aware of from the center.

More diversity in suspects pls -- they were almost all the same (for example Arabic speaking was common).

General learning about active shooter incidents/preparedness is extremely important and everyone should learn about this if they have any involvement in public safety.

The radio communication was difficult and made improving on what we've learned harder.

More info/examples on radio communication and being specific, clear, and concise as much as possible so that all responding units/dispatch/command are all on the same page and have as much knowledge of what's going onas possible.

I felt the talking points regarding things to be aware of during an incident was the most useful. As a dispatcher it helps me to understand what may happen at an active shooter incident.

Learning about previous incidents around the country and how those responses were handled. I appreciate dispatch being included and given an active role in activities.

Separate from the course, I was disappointed how the response to the weather was handled. It was unnecessary to postpone class both days. The classroom environment was beyond freezing which created a barrier to learning.
