The scenarios were very informed and gave me a good idea of what may happen during an active shooter event.

As a dispatcher some of the response on scene notes didn't apply to me but were very useful to LEO and medical responders.

This class was very useful and the instructors clearly had a firm grasp on the material.

Hostage negotiations would be most important to me.
