Dispatch needs to be utilized more. We learned the basics of the other units but could be given extra responsibilities during the practical portion.

I see the need to get training in dealing with a Hostage situation or Negotiations.

I thoroughly enjoyed the practical hands on portion of the training. It was beneficial to me in my position in hearing and watching the diffferent teams communicating and leaving some of th go between into the dispatch center out. This was a great training.
