Computer simulations, I was PIO and didn't use them.

A break out session of just PIO's would be helpful, more focused practical instruction on logistics in connecting with resources on scene....the do's and don't's.

As a dispatcher learning about what goes on in the field was extremely helpful to develop training materials for our centre.

The table top exercise wasn't as valuable as the rest. Dispatch doesn't have much to do with this so I was a little lost.

Giving dipatchers copies of the maps would be extremely helpful. Maybe laminated with a dry erase to help us keep track of where units are. In real life dispatchers are tasked with knowing where their officers are at all times so this would be helpful to keep up that knowledge.

More training on active shooters for the dispatch side of things.
