That it couldn't be more tailored to how dispatch would be in our center for this type of event.

If the CAD system was more complex such that you could see who is on what squad or more like most CADs dispatch centers use it would be more realistic for dispatch.

Understanding that dispatch as dispatchers we will need to ermbrace training to have hostage negotion skills as well as since we may be the first to speak w/ hostage takers. Also take a more aggressive role in resource managemant when the time comes.
