Full scale practicals, using equipment that we would normally use. The practice equipment did the job, but was not as accurate.

Possibly more dispatch focused training, the majority was aimed toward LEOS which is needed but also to maybe help dispatch with most examples and situations on how dispatch can be better on their end. But over 10/10 class!.

The explanation of the different roles in the immediate first stage of the incident; in dispatch, this is where the most confusion happens, and knowing what the plan is makes it clear for us what to expect.

I wouldn't say least valuable, but what I know the most about is ICS because we dispatch for Fire/EMS and that and NIMS are required learning for us.
