As a dispatcher, being able to participate in this course was very valuable. Being able to share what happens in the center and learning more of what occurs in the field in this type of incident provided a great exprience which I intend to bring back to my center to share with my co workers.

When discussing field units radio usage, clear - precise - normal talk, insure your field message is heard, listening to radio transmissions is also very important.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Only suggestion would be to spread out the different groups to prevent in-room chatter and radio feedback.

The entire course because it gave an overview of everyone's involvement which paints a picture for me and my duties. That is invaluable in a practice enviroment because when a real life incident happens I now have perspective.
