Hands on with real time delays. Using radios and real time dispatch with information ties everything together. We needed to have everyone involved at the table to be able to implement this program locally.

First couple exercises could have been more structured and more coached by instructors to "grease the groove" of exactly how to do it.

Took me a couple times to get used to the controls on the computers. Maybe some time to familiarize students with the program.

The hands on scenario learning. It helped give an idea and a visual to how the communication and timing of such an event will unfold.

Needed more time with the scenario practice. Still a lot of questions and little errors being made. I feel with more time to practice additional scenarios and allowing participants to practice in additional roles team cohesiveness will be much stronger.

The video where the ASIM checklist is checked off according to what is happening on radio traffic. While it was good at showing the overall picture, there might have been a point where the video could focus only on the Law Enforcement checklist, and then later focus on Fire/EMS.
