Dan Williams did a great job relating this mostly LEO information into a an EMS/Fire mindset. Interesting and great at relating information.

This could have been around 6 hours. Too many instructors - it was hard to tell who was an instructor and who was a student. It was also frustrating with too many instructors providing conflicting information.

I found the staging officer has different roles.

The exercises made it more confusing on how this is run. I did not get to participate much in the exercises and there wasn't much coordination and even though I was assigned a chip/role it was given to someone else.

The book should be given out prior to this course. I have had RTF training but have never done this type of training. The powerpoint presentation was not enough to grasp the concept. This should be over 8 hours or maybe 2 separated days to cover more information.

We really should have had the books and reading materials to study before the class. With such a short time period having that ahead of time would have increased the learning greatly.
