Role playing was the mist valuable tool for me. I felt the confidence of everyone on the Incident management team. There is huge relief knowing that everyone is here for one another.

Repeated time as an RTF the majority of scenarios.

Time allottment is good but instructors need to keep students on track to adhere to alotted times.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

As a paramedic and LEO it would be interesting to take the class again but in an LEO role as there are different functions permitted within the simulations depending on your assigned role.
