I thought the course was great the only thing I would say is to teach the hostage/barricade block using the 5 C's from ALERRT. Since they are a part of the training.

Cooperative relationship building btwn PD and FD.

A better distribution of assignments would be appreciated. Some players nearly always had administrative roles while I was command once and staging once, both during early exercises. I would have appreciated an opportunity to have an opportuniity at T&T or another adminstrative role in a more complex event.
