Getting to see how LE and EMS/Fire work together and how Dispatch can help them in a moment of chaos as well as how they can organize to keep it somewhat simple for Dispatch to follow.

Having to do this training while working, the captions are super helpful, but are unable to be read accurately overlaid over the titles of the speakers. Maybe move those up or down, as I had to replay those parts of the videos multiple times, as I cannot play the video at full sound being on the dispatch floor. Thank you for a helpful training!.
