The counterstrike boards, while beneficial for the overall idea of CCTA and area command do not offer the same level of reality for incident commanders.

Continue to vary the availability of resources; may not be realistic in all jurisdictions to have so many resources readily available.

Ensuring all disciplines follow NIMS and ICS for incidents so it can be applied in the event it is required for something of this nature.
