Seeing the system put into use using staging, tactical, command and resources in use.

Using the computer the first responders, this class focuses on MANAGEMENT). While the computers were a necessary thing in order to see the recources being used, any dicussion on tactics was pointless, being a 1st person shooter computer simulation. The other stations in the management realm was very beneficial.

This training needs to be passed on to the lower ranks for familiarity. My knowledge of this practice is great, but without their learning it the success will be limited.

The practical exercises were by far the most helpful. Putting into practice the lessons of the lectures solidified the concepts.
