Simulationi excercises and opportunities to perform the different roles.

Didactic sections could be improved to provide detailed information to apply to the scenarios. They were too broad and generalized.

Assessment of patients took too long. Assessments take 30 seconds, applying a tourniquet 20 seconds. Additionally, assessments causes you to loose situational awareness and be unable to see whats going on around you like when Ambulances arrive or many more patients are dropped off. Shorten Assessment time and allow you to keep vision of area.

More ICS and Disaster Management training.
