Explain handouts like the table top exercise more before conducting exercise, do a demonstration on the monitor showing the capabilites of the avatar, first few exercises were difficult because of lack of familiararity.

Hands on scenarios with the simulator helped students gain as much "real word" experience as could be provided in the enviornment.

Seems as though people with lower position numbers were placed in cmd positions more frequently. Saw myself observing too many scenarios.

With almost half of the class being fire/ems/dispatch, I feel as though more focus should have been placed on their position in the cmd structure.

Need to get county level cmd staff together to discuss this topic.
