The ability to conduct multiple simulations/scenarios. The typical training evolution only allows a couple of opportunities to conduct simulation.

I don't have a least valuable. I believe it was all valuable.

Perhaps maybe a little slower environment initially. It may be useful for LE resources who aren't familiar with ICS roles/titles to grasp those first.

Continued emphasis on additional training for field responders.

Learning out to operate out in the field, but it would still benefit me as a dispatch so I could have a bigger picture of whats going on during an incident.

Awesome learning experience!.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Being able to go back to my communications center and teach this to my shift in some sort of perspective and get them familiar with the process in case anything were to ever happen in our jurisdiction.
