Powerpoint presentation were hard to follow at times because the speakers kept switching. One speaker per topic would be easier to follow.

More training with our local fire and ems to keep skills at a high level.

The scenerios were good to get the mind thinking and more advanced, which I think will lead to "easier" smaller possible crisis events.

I think there is no way around this, our agency does things slightly different, and we do the tactical position as what we term "interior command" but the same goal of establishing command of the scene on scene etc. maybe explaining the gritty of where they could be on a scene, front entry way, or a parking lot by a squad car.

I think the tvs, video, calls, and radios were great teaching aides. I think some of the tactics are lost in the computer simulation. I think just adding that as an info. for example no shields, and rifles. But also parking and team tactics and being able to move people, and clearing rooms etc is not tactically the same for obvious reasons.
