The hands-on application of the concepts provided an opportunity to utilize what we discussed as well as what we know to be what occurs in our area. It provided a realistic view of the effectiveness of the concepts.

I am not a gamer and there was a significant learning curve for me. By the time I figured out how to properly work the equipment, the class was almost over. I would suggest a little more time explaining the capabilities of the equipment and how to properly use it .

I wish our ICS courses were this interactive.

Being able to "see" all thr roles and responsibilities of each branch allowed for better comprehension of the task assigned.

Often the "gaming" component was difficult for me as I do not play video games.

I would have like advise on how to manage all the responding officers to the initial call. Often, at the initial call everyone takes off and goes directly to the scene. These officers do not keep track of how many are there as they are already in tunnel vision.
