There wasn't really much fleshed out or evaluated for dispatchers.

The dispatch portion of this could be better developed to be more valuable for dispatchers.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I want to do more outside training and more things in the field, coordinating with other agencies and first responders. It was a great learning experience and the instructors were so amazing! I liked that dispatchers were included in other areas of the scenarios.
