I have taken on a new role in my department and this is exactly what I needed to gain the confidence to run a fluid Incident Command Center (ICC).

I was not able to fill a few of the roles throughout the course. I am not sure if it is randomly selected or picked by the instructor but maybe have a running list of who has run what position.

Overall, fantastic course. Got me out of my comfort zone for sure and gave me the confidence to run an effective Command Station.
