The use of the different terminology. It was confusing at first and became more clear as we did more practicals.

The practicals needed more of a dispatch function and more channels to operate on.

There needs to be more attention given to dispatch as we were coming up with answers between each other because the instructors were with other groups.

Coming up with a program geared towards dispatch for my center.
