Great class. The matrix used for the assignments seemed repetitive and a lot of people didn't get to experience different assignments.

Having to go through the different positions and actually have to deal with the situation. Having the use of the program for the contact teams and RTFs actually allows those in command positions to react to what happens based on the actions of contact teams.

I would have liked to go into further debrief of incidents like San Bernadino. Having to see what they had to deal with is good insight.

My SWAT training and response to active shooter events provide new insight from a different perspective that I would not have had before.
