The practical portion was able to put all the things in place that was instructed on and help you see it in a real life setting making it more memorable.

Some of the lecture portions were dry, but that is to a person who has had similar training. To a newer person without any exposure it would be fine.

The instructors were all approachable and did not make you feel dumb if you were unsure of something which needed to be done. They were all very helpful and knew what they were doing.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Anything which will help my knowledge set to make myself a better officer.

Its relationship to the ICS system, 30 years with the feds, it's good to see the base starting point using the ICS.

Assuming command duties, i'm a field officer, I know the ICS system very well, I'd like more scenarios at the ground level, coordinating with fire/ems.

I cannot say any portion of the course was the "least" valuable. I found value in all the instruction and presented material.

If I had to be critical, the computer video game has a few glitches to work out, but the instructors were among the most professional, well prepared, cohesive cohort I have received training from in my career.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to bring this training back. Now that I have experienced it and seen its value, I have identified key personnel in my agency and other local agencies that should have been here to simulate critical incidents in our local area.
