Even from a dispatch standpoint, it is good to see how everything is good that way if we ever come across an incident we are prepared in what to do.

The interactive simulations was the most valuable as we connected and worked together as a team regardless of rank or agency.

A section of training should be directed on radio etiquette. The only problem i saw in all simulation was the lack of radio etiquette, as every group were transmitting over each other.

Any training for tactical dispatch for operations, active shooter, or any complex situation when a dispatcher is needed.

The simulations were extremely helpful because we got to experience more of what would happen in a real world scenario than we would with scripted roleplaying.

All of it was valuable. The part that was least valuable was the materials on IED's only because it would have been the same to basically say "don't touch bombs ever".

This course was phenomenal. I have taken a few active shooter training courses and this is by far the best and most educational. We have already recommended our upper leadership to reach out to host this training again.
