The high number of students for a train the trainer course was distracting. Too much background noise the fully absorb quality instructional techniques for the delivery of the entire course.

The book/ presentation part. i learn better by physically completing tasks and doing the jobs.

The more practical exercises done the better. for me it is easier to apply everything by doing it.

Working more with other agencies, fire, ems etc. even for training, so there is less of a learning curve for a real life event.
