Command Positions because although the direct action is moe relevant to my position, the command perspective helps inform what information I should be passing up the chain.

The computer gaming. It was difficult to keep team together and there were many user errors reference the gaming system that caused the task to exponentially increase in difficulty.

Responding to active shooter. I wanted to focus less on response and more on incident management post engagmement.

For an advanced incident management course, i wanted to focus more on overall incident management and less on scene response/tactical/staging. However, I realize that those functional areas are required in order to facilitate the command/area posts.

Continued upper management response to critical incidents to include overall incident management, budgeting, and other NIMS related trainings for the command level.
