The scenarios are heavily geared towards field units. While there is a dispatch station, one it is kicked off, dispatch's role is reduced.

Instructional Training. Helped explain the steps officers will be taking that us in dispatch typically wouldn't see.

Hands on portion. I believe that with some work this class could greatly help dispatchers. Examples being actually taking the calls and not them popping up on the screen to be read off.

More hands on aspect for dispatch.

Negotiation Training in case the suspect were to call into the dispatch center.
