Dispatchers could definitely benefit from discussion of their roles during an ASIM particularly planning around their departments specific roles and responsibilities.

The multiple breaks, I just wanted to keep learning and practicing.

There are no comments this course and instructors did an amazing job at teaching and including us in the scene; even through we are behind the scene they made us feel as important as the people on the ground,.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Getting connects with other PSAP location and build rapport with them so in case a big even occurs we can communicate and work together.

The dispatch experience was fastly different then how it actually is at my job but it was still helpful.
