For me both the lecture and the practical portions were valuable because I had very little knowledge coming in.

I really enjoyed this course, it was taught well. I liked the simulation but also think a true physical simulation would also be beneficial.

BEING A DISPATCHER WE'RE NOT REALLY INVOLVED WITH ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF DISPATCH AND WATCH THE ACTIVITIES AND NOT SEEING FULLY WHAT LEO FIRE/EMS WERE DOING WAS DIFFICULT.
