Seeing all branches of fire, ems, law, dispatch deployed for a major even, helps sort incidents in my mind by seeing how those agencies work with one another to neitralize threat.

So glad that dispatch gets included in scenarios such as this. it would be nice to see something more realistic on our side; in respects to actually call-taking and needing to reach out to outside resources, to overwhelm our senses and make it feel realistic.

The hands on learning was amazing. It was SOOOO nice to be a dispatcher and actually be fully involved in each incident and dispatch as we normally would need to and not just watch or participate in a capacity that we wouldn't normally do.

I don't have any other comments for improvement. I will say this group of instructors were fantastic and you can tell they have worked together before and are truly passionate about what they are teaching.

I don't think there is anything that needs to be changed.

I think I could benefit from a type of negotiations training geared towards dispatch. After seeing how the negotiations aspect came into play it could be beneficial to the communications center in large scale events.
