As a dispatcher there are many times that everything is made up on the fly and a CAD system isn't utilized. Having a CAD system with units, callers, information, etc. was extremely helpful.

Thank you for including dispatch. It might be something to think about having an instructor who is a dispatcher for the module on dispatch and helping at the dispatch station.

I would love to have the computers updated to display more pop up screens for dispatchers and charts for hospital capability charts to decrease the logs for patients to keep track for command for better assistance.
