Learning what the officers and medical team do on scene and how they function overall was very nice.

I feel like dispatch specifically was not taught anything new that we don't already do the practice itself was very helpful but there wasn't material catered towards dispatching in these scenarios. There was some but not as much as I was expecting from this course.

The instructors are amazing!!!! They made the course fun.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I want to get into some negotiations training if I can and speak with officers and see what is most helpful for them.

Possibly allowing more dispatchers in the class at a time, the ones that are not needed to dispatch could move around the room to different stations to learn watch what each individual station does in the exercise.

The scenarios actually being applied to my actual daily job duties was great, I was really worried that I was going to come to this class and act as an officer, or ems personnel, so it was really nice to actually apply my knowledge to what we do daily.

There could have been a lot more involvement with dispatch.

As a dispatcher I would have liked to learn more up close during the scenarios what exactly was occurring at each site (staging, tactical, IC, etc) to have a better understanding of how we could better provide help as dispatch.

We actually are doing a reunification with our school district next week.
